How To Reach

Migration Safari Kenya is surprisingly accessible. Located in the heart of the Maasai Mara, it’s only a few hours away from Nairobi and other major Kenyan towns.

    Options From Nairobi To Maasai Mara:
  • If you are traveling by car, the drive from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara takes approximately 5-6 hours via the Narok route. Enjoy scenic views along the way. Drivers are welcome to use our dedicated parking facilities.
  • You can hire a private taxi for a comfortable journey or book a seat in one of the many tour vans that operate daily trips to the Mara.
  • Alternatively, you can take a short 45-minute flight from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to the Mara’s airstrips. Upon landing, our team will arrange for a transfer to the lodge.
    Travel Routes:
  • Guests arriving by air from Mombasa, Kisumu, or Eldoret can connect flights to the Maasai Mara directly or via Nairobi.
  • Travelers from nearby towns like Narok or Nakuru can use well-maintained roads leading to the Maasai Mara gates.
  • For international guests, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi is the most convenient entry point.
  • Once in Kenya, our travel desk can assist you with personalized travel plans, including road transfers or flights to the Mara.
